Sample Turnover Checklist
OUTSIDE:
- Hot tub-
- Drain and refill if needed
- check chemical levels and adjust as needed
- Remove and clean filter with filter flosser
- Check chlorine canister replace/adjust as needed.
- Clean cover and sides
- Collect any trash around the property, decks and fire pit.
- Clean grill inside and out and drip pan
- Sweep or leaf blow decks and walkways
- Spot clean windows and entry doors.
KITCHEN:
- Dust top to bottom
- Ensure dishes are put away neatly and clean
- Inspect all drawers for broken or missing items and wipe them out.
- Clean all appliances inside and out Fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot
- clean hood vent above stove and backsplash.
- Clean counter tops, cabinets sink and table
- Restock supplies:
- Trash bags- 1 in each can and at least 2 under sink
- Sponge
- Dish soap
- Dishwasher pods
- Hand soap
- Any other supplies per unit
LIVING ROOM
- Dust top to bottom
- Vacuum in and under furniture, lint roll furniture if needed
- Inspect and stage pillows, throw blankets, remotes, and tv
BATHROOM
- Remove dirty linens
- Dust top to bottom
- Glass cleaner on mirror and windows
- Sanitize counter, sink and toilet
- Scrub shower/tub replace shower curtain
- Remove trash
- Restock
- Trash bag
- Hand soap
- Any shampoo, conditioner and body wash
- Stage linens
BEDROOMS
- Dust top to bottom and under bed
- Remove dirty linen
- Clean bedside tables check drawers for left items
- Wipe down shelves
- Glass cleaner on any windows and mirrors
- Make and stage bed, take a picture of the bed with just the bottom sheet and completed.
- Vacuum all floors using the wand to get into corners
- Mop any hard floor surfaces
- Check that all lights are in working order.
- Lock all doors and windows
- Mark job as complete to alert the stager/ inspector
Report any damages, left behind items, or any concerns to management
Must include a picture of each clean bottom sheet, room, entryways and hot tub
